We are seeking a highly experienced and meticulous Contracts Department Manager to join our Legal Affairs sector at our Main Head Office in 6th of October City. The ideal candidate will oversee all company contracting processes, ensuring legal compliance and protecting corporate interests across a diverse range of local and international agreements. He/She will manage a dedicated contracts team and ensure the highest standards of legal archiving and property validation.Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate all types of corporate agreements, including but not limited to: Supply, Sales, Lease, Insurance, Banking, Mortgage, Usufruct, and Donation contracts. Review, vet, and amend complex supply and commercial contracts with multinational pharmaceutical companies. Professionally draft and review legal documents in both Arabic and English with absolute precision. Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of contracts lawyers (at least 2 direct reports) to ensure workflow efficiency. Review property title deeds and oversee real estate registration processes . Implement and maintain a strict, organized physical and digital archiving system for all company contracts and legal documents. Job Requirements & Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.); post-graduate studies in Corporate Law or International Contracts is a plus.Experience: 10+ years of solid experience in corporate contract management.Team Management: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience managing a legal team.Industry Experience: Proven experience dealing with multinational pharmaceutical supply chains or highly regulated sectors is strongly preferred.Languages: Native Arabic and professional/bilingual fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.Location: Ability to work full-time at the Main Branch in 6th of October City.
