Administer EPC and sub-consultant contracts in full compliance with their terms and conditions.Review and process contractor variation orders, change requests, and compensation events.Prepare and review all formal contractual correspondence, including notices, instructions, and dispute letters.Manage and maintain the project variation register and change control log.Analyze and evaluate EPC contractor claims, including extension of time (EOT) claims and financial claims.Prepare CSI's position papers and counterclaim assessments in response to EPC contractor submissions.Coordinate with the Project Controls Lead to obtain schedule and cost data for claims substantiation.Support the Project Director in dispute resolution processes, commercial negotiations, and settlements.Review contract conditions (FIDIC Silver/Yellow Book or bespoke EPC) and advise the project team on obligations, rights, and notices.Monitor contractor compliance with key contractual milestones and notification requirements.Prepare commercial progress reports, including variation status summaries and financial exposure logs.Liaise with CSI's legal advisors on contentious contractual and claims matters. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Law, or Construction Management.Minimum 10 years of experience in contracts administration or claims management on construction projects.Strong knowledge of FIDIC contract conditions (Silver or Yellow Book).Experience in renewable energy or power sector EPC contracts is preferred.Demonstrated experience in EOT analysis and forensic schedule review.Excellent commercial writing and analytical skills.Membership of RICS, SCL, or an equivalent professional body is advantageous.
