Review contract documents before signature to prepare relevant comments and required amendments.Draft and maintain company contract templates (Main Contracts, Subcontracts, and Inter-Company Agreements).Prepare, defend, and negotiate claims related to Extension of Time (EOT) and additional costs.Prepare a summary matrix of contract clauses and review contractual obligations in coordination with the Project Manager.Administer contracts through drafting contractual correspondence and formal notices.Provide recommendations regarding Notice of Delay (NOD) and Extension of Time (EOT).Prepare and review subcontractor agreements and supplier contracts required for projects.Coordinate with the Project Manager to prepare and submit contractual notices within the specified contractual timeframes.Maintain and update the NOD and EOT registers.Formally notify the Client/Employer of any contractual issues, special circumstances, or breaches of contract.Monitor Variation Orders and evaluate their contractual impact, including claims for additional time or cost where applicable.Prepare contractual claims related to project delays, variations, or other events affecting contract execution. Educational background in Architecture or Civil Engineering.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Solid background in Contracts Administration and Claims Management.Proven experience in team supervision (not an individual contributor role).Certifications such as FIDIC, CLAC, or PMP are considered an advantage.Minimum 7 years of experience in contracts management.Experience in the contracting / construction industry is preferred.
