Job Description Manage and lead Store Supervisors across multiple retail partners to ensure smooth dailyoperations and consistent execution of picking activities. Monitor operational KPIs including productivity, preparation time, order accuracy, cancellationrate, substitutions, quality, and SLA compliance, while implementing action plans to improveperformance. Plan and optimize manpower allocation, shift schedules, attendance, and workforce utilization toensure adequate staffing based on business demand. Collaborate closely with Customer Service, Live Operations, Fleet, HR, and Retail Partners toresolve operational issues, improve customer experience, and maintain service excellence. Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and operational audits for Supervisorsto ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and operational procedures. Analyze operational reports and performance trends, identify root causes of performance gaps,and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customersatisfaction.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in Operations, Retail, E-commerce, Grocery, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Bility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
