The Copywriter will transform strategic insights into compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences, while ensuring all messaging aligns with brand voice, campaign objectives, and platform nuances.Working in close collaboration with designers, art directors, and strategists, the Copywriter plays a central role in shaping integrated campaigns, from conceptual thinking to final execution.Job Responsibilities & Tasks:Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative concepts and compelling copy for various advertising platforms and campaignsWrite clear, persuasive, and impactful content for ads, social media, and campaigns that align with client objectives and brand voicePlay an active role in creative strategy and planning by contributing insights and recommendations during campaign developmentTailor content based on marketing strategies, audience insights, and brand positioning to ensure maximum effectiveness and relevanceWork closely with designers and strategists to ensure cohesive and aligned messaging throughout all creative executionsConfidently present ideas to both internal teams and clients with clear rationale and strategic backingStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in copywriting to maintain competitive edge and creative freshnessDevelop and maintain brand tone of voice guidelines for consistent communication across all client touchpointsCreate compelling headlines, taglines, and calls-to-action that capture attention and drive desired consumer behaviorsAdapt content for different cultural contexts and market segments while maintaining brand consistency and message effectivenessProofread and edit all written materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand standards before final approvalCollaborate on integrated campaigns by ensuring copy seamlessly works across print, digital, outdoor, and broadcast media formatsJob Specifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English Literature, or related fieldExperience: 3-5 years of experience as a copywriter, ideally within a creative or digital advertising agency environment with demonstrated campaign successSkills:Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities across multiple formats and platformsSkilled in writing for digital platforms (social media, ads, websites, email marketing)Bilingual fluency in both Arabic and English with cultural sensitivityProficient in using AI tools for content creation and optimizationStrong presentation and client communication skillsExcellent research and analytical abilities to understand target audiencesCreative thinking and conceptual development capabilitiesTime management skills with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyKnowledge of advertising principles and marketing fundamentalsPortfolio demonstrating ability to craft engaging and effective campaign contentThis position is open until May 3 2026Placement is based on the candidate’s experience and skills.
