To ensure adherence to processes agreed for strategic client.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain first class renewal material to ensure alignment with regional Client Management teams where applicable.Ensure renewal processes across regions are aligned and follow best quality practicesPrepare claims management information for strategic clients, liaising with partners for reporting data i.e. GeoBlue, Bupa Arabia, SukoonMaintain Service Level Agreement (SLA) results and monitoring to highlightirregularitiesPrepare global SLA results for strategic clients, liaising with global partnersi.e. GeoBlue, Bupa Arabia, SukoonCollate and prepare global EAP utilisation reporting for strategic clients working with global partners i.e. GeoBlueWork with internal stakeholders to create manual invoicing for strategic clients (where relevant) and ensure audit and accuracy are keyMaintain audit trail for day-to-day activitiesCoordinate meetings for strategic clients, organising both internal and external parties’ availabilityManage external site visit coordination; manage minutes and delegate actions from external meetingsLiaise with internal and external contacts to ensure the effective running of the Corporate Client Management functionLiaise with marketing regarding client or service promotional material,owning documents within the wraps systemAssist with specific projects across Corporate Client Management as required.What We’re Looking ForCorporate experience is required, preferably within the insurance industry.Proven experience in a data analytics-focused role, demonstrating strong analytical and numerical skills.Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.Why BupaWe’re a health insurer and provider.
