Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for an experienced Corporate Lawyer. The Corporate Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal counsel and support to ensure compliance with governance standards, drafting and reviewing contracts, managing corporate transactions, and offering strategic advice on legal and regulatory matters. The role includes liaising with government entities, mitigating corporate risks, and ensuring that business practices align with applicable laws and regulations. Additionally, the Corporate Lawyer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline legal structures and advise on potential business opportunities and challenges.
