Key Responsibilities:* Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and legal documents.* Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.* Provide legal advice to management on corporate and commercial matters.* Handle corporate governance, licensing, and regulatory requirements.* Coordinate with external legal counsel when needed.* Identify and mitigate legal risks across the business. Requirements:* Bachelor’s degree in Law.* 7–10 years of relevant experience in corporate legal affairs.* Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and labor laws.* Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
