Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Corporate Sales Representative based in Egypt. The role involves identifying and developing relationships with potential corporate clients, presenting WellSpring's programs and services, and closing sales to meet revenue objectives. Responsibilities include creating and executing sales strategies, managing client accounts, conducting market research to identify opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to customize service packages. The role also requires maintaining accurate sales records and preparing reports on performance metrics. Qualifications Strong experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account ManagementExcellent Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skillsAbility to perform Market Research and analyze industry trendsProficiency in Relationship Building and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) toolsTime Management and Organizational abilities to meet sales targets efficientlyKnowledge of experiential learning or youth development services is a plusFluency in both English and Arabic is preferredBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
