The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience and strong knowledge in at least one of the following domains:CCNP Service ProviderCCNP Data CenterCCNP EnterpriseThe candidate must hold a valid CCNP certification and possess excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex networking concepts.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver instructor-led online training sessions on Cisco networking technologies.Design and update training content, lab exercises, presentations, and assessments.Conduct practical demonstrations and hands-on lab sessions.Mentor learners and provide technical guidance during training programs.Evaluate participant performance and provide feedback for improvement.Stay updated with the latest Cisco technologies, certification tracks, and industry trends.Collaborate with internal teams to improve training methodologies and learner experience.Support curriculum planning and training program enhancements.Required Skills & Qualifications2 to 5 years of experience in Cisco networking training or relevant industry experience.Strong expertise in at least one of the following:CCNP Service ProviderCCNP Data CenterCCNP EnterpriseMandatory valid CCNP certification.Good understanding of routing, switching, troubleshooting, and network infrastructure concepts.Hands-on experience with Cisco devices and virtual lab environments.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong presentation and classroom management abilities.Ability to conduct engaging remote training sessions.
