🚀 ARX Development is Hiring🔝 About ARX Development:ARX Development is a fast-growing real estate developer delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects with a strong focus on innovation and long-term value.🔹Position: Cost Accountant🔹Location: New Damietta🛏️ Accommodation is available☑️Responsibilities:* Manage project cost centers* Analyze material, labor, and overhead costs* Prepare cost reports and analyze variances* Monitor expenses in line with project progress* Record and track fixed assets and calculate depreciation* Conduct periodic inventory counts and reconciliations☑️Requirements:* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting* 4–6 years of experience in Cost Accounting* Proficiency in Excel and accounting software* Real estate experience is a plus.☑️Working Hours:8 hours per day6 working days per week (Friday off)
