Analyze manufacturing costs and prepare regular reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs.Monitor and record inventory, including raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.Develop and maintain cost accounting systems, documents, and records.Perform cost analysis and identify cost-saving opportunities.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual cost reports.Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.Review standard and actual costs for inaccuracies and recommend corrective actions.Work closely with operations and production teams to ensure accurate cost allocation.Conduct variance analysis (material, labor, and overhead variances).Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.Support audits by providing required cost data and documentation. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Proven experience as a Cost Accountant or similar role.Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and financial analysis.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.High attention to detail and accuracy.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication and teamwork abilities.
