1) Responsible for controlling and monitoring project total expenditure, including verifying and checking invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded.2) Provide planning and cost-controlling support for all projects, including variation reporting, etc....3) Perform and manage project activity cost monitoring4) Perform technical and commercial review of EPCI long-time tenders (subcontractor's quotations) for the preparation of Service agreements.5) Ensure effective project implementation and utilize productive reports from the creation of WBS with a project management system to monitor the status of all purchases, invoicing, and delivery up to the closure of the project.6) Prepare monthly vessel movement reports for the monitoring of the vessel activities daily and promptly register all downtime, consumptions, and vessel-related issues relating to the project to the project manager and management.7) Coordinate and work with the project management team to resolve project issues to ensure the delivery/completion of the project work.8) Attend project meetings and discussions with the PMT and external clients9) Perform project costing-related reporting to the team and management's review every month to ensure that expenditures are kept within the project budget.10) Provide cost control and planning advice to theinternal PMT team as and when required.11) Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as required. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.2–4 years of experience as a Cost Control Engineer, preferably in landscape construction.Strong knowledge of BOQs, contracts, invoicing procedures, and variation order processes.
