Job Responsibilities.- Prepare and monitor daily and monthly cost reports.- Monitor Food & Beverage costs.- Analyze waste and loss rates and implement appropriate solutions.- Review inventory and conduct periodic stock counts.- Oversee purchasing processes and ensure adherence to approved budgets.- Prepare profitability reports, analyze variances, and provide recommendations to management.- Collaborate with various departments to control costs and improve performance. Requirements:- At least 3 years of experience in cost control within restaurants or restaurant chains.- Proficiency in Excel and restaurant/inventory management software.- Ability to prepare and analyze financial and operational reports.- Strong analytical, precision, and organizational skills.
