Plan , organize and direct all the activities of the cost account Function. Manage day to day operations of existing cost accounting function beginning from how to manage ,assure the accurate costing input till the monthly close and analysis. Develop new process to drive productivity in the cost accounting function including implementation of CO , ERP system. Perform the monthly closing activities including preparation of the cost of the Operation along with supporting analysis. Assist with coordination and deliverables for quarterly review and annual audit performed by internal and external audit.] Proactive analysis of variances and communication of issues and opportunities to operation managers Define policies and procedures for all cost accounting activates. Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.10 to 15 years of experience in cost accounting within manufacturing environments.CMA Holder is A MUST.5 years of experience at least in manufacturing industries (Cement, Steel, Fertilizer, Construction, Mining) is a must.Hands-on experience with SAP or similar ERP systems (CO module preferred).
