Job Summary The Costing Manager will lead EVA Pharma's costing function across a large‑scale, multi‑site manufacturing environment, ensuring accurate product costing and robust cost control. The role acts as the primary costing authority, setting costing methodologies, analyzing variances, and providing clear margin and profitability insights. Working closely with Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance, the Costing Manager will drive cost optimization and support strategic pricing and investment decisions. Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end‑to‑end product costing process (standards, BOMs, routings) across all plants and product linesDesign and enhance costing models, allocation methodologies, and cost policies in line with EVA Pharma's strategy and reporting requirementsAnalyze manufacturing variances (material, labor, overhead) and partner with Operations to implement cost‑improvement actionsOversee monthly cost closing, inventory valuation, and COGM/COGS calculations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strong internal controlsProvide cost and profitability analyses to support pricing, tenders, new product launches, and key strategic decisions for senior managementLead cost optimization, productivity and margin improvement initiatives, ensuring financial benefits are clearly quantified, tracked and sustainedDevelop, monitor, and report key operational and supply chain financial KPIs, ensuring timely, accurate and insightful reporting to Senior ManagementPartner with Supply Chain to monitor and optimize inventory levels, ensuring alignment between costing assumptions, stock valuation, and working capital targetsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field; relevant postgraduate degree is an advantageCMA certification is preferrable; additional professional certifications (e.g. CPA, ACCA) are a plus10 years of progressive experience in accounting/finance, with substantial focus on costing in complex, large‑scale manufacturing (pharma or FMCG preferred)Strong technical expertise in product/standard costing, variance analysis, inventory valuation, and cost allocationSolid experience with integrated ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel/BI tools for cost modeling and reportingProven ability to lead and develop a costing or finance team and to influence cross‑functional stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment
