Prepare and review standard and actual product costs.Analyze cost variances and identify root causes with corrective action recommendations.Review and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) and monitor waste and yield variances.Monitor raw material, packaging, labor, and manufacturing overhead costs.Prepare profitability analysis reports by product and customer.Participate in budgeting and cost control processes.Monitor inventory transactions and perform cost-related reconciliations.Coordinate with Production, Procurement, and Warehouse teams to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Prepare periodic costing and management reports for senior management.Lead and supervise the Costing team to ensure accurate and timely reporting. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field is required.experience in Food Manufacturing or FMCG companies is a must.Strong knowledge of ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.Experience in standard costing, inventory control, and cost analysis.
