Job Purpose:Lead and drive overall sales growth and commercial performance for the Veterinary Health portfolio in Egypt, ensuring strong market penetration, strategic customer partnerships, and sustainable business expansion across the country.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute the country sales strategy aligned with regional business objectivesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities and market expansion initiativesAchieve and exceed sales targets and revenue growth objectives across all Vet Health portfoliosProvide market insights, competitor analysis, and sales forecasting to support strategic decision-makingCollaborate closely with technical, marketing, and product teams to ensure effective product positioning and executionBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, distributors, and customers across EgyptLead and support initiatives to strengthen market presence and customer engagementEnsure effective execution of commercial plans across all segments within the countryRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine or related fieldMinimum 10+ years of experience in Animal Health salesAt least 2+ years in a managerial or country-level leadership roleStrong knowledge of the Egyptian Animal Health market and distribution landscapeProven leadership, team development, and people management skillsStrong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilitiesStrong problem-solving and commercial acumenAbility to drive performance in a fast-paced, competitive market
