Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Courier, located in New Cairo. The Courier will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery and pick-up of items, managing transportation schedules, and ensuring timely handling of materials. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating logistics, managing delivery documentation, and providing excellent customer service while adhering to safety and efficiency standards. Qualifications Strong Customer Service and communication skills to interact courteously with clients and ensure satisfaction. Experience or knowledge in Logistics Management and Transportation for effective organization and timely deliveries. Ability to handle Food & Beverage items with adherence to safety and hygiene standards, if applicable. Capacity to work independently, navigate routes efficiently, and handle physical demands of the role. Basic knowledge of the New Cairo area and navigation tools is an advantage. High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in logistics or customer service is a plus.
