Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Customer Technical Support role located in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves delivering excellent customer and technical support to clients from diverse backgrounds, primarily international customers. Daily responsibilities include addressing technical queries, troubleshooting issues, providing tailored solutions, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. QualificationsProficiency in Customer Support and Communication to engage effectively with international clients.Strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to resolve issues and provide clear guidance to customers.Demonstrated Analytical Skills to assess and solve problems efficiently.Proficiency in English and other foreign languages is a plus.Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a multicultural environment.Experience in the technology or telecommunications industries is an advantage.High level of adaptability and eagerness to learn new systems and processes.
