Key Responsibilities:Review and approve sales orders based on customer size, credit history, and payment behaviorSet and manage customer credit limits and payment termsMonitor and follow up on cheques, cash collections, and open balancesCoordinate with sales representatives to ensure timely collectionsReview and verify cheque details against agreed payment termsFollow up on overdue accounts and ensure proper collection actionsVisit clients when necessary to resolve payment issuesHandle cheque deposits and coordinate with bank transactionsManage office petty cash and control expense budgetEnsure proper cash disbursement for operational needs and employee salaries Requirements:Male candidateProven experience in credit control, collections, or accountingStrong knowledge of cheque handling, bank transactions, and cash managementGood computer skills, including Excel, emails, and reporting toolsExperience working with ERP systemsStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to follow up, negotiate, and handle client relationships professionallyWillingness to conduct field visits when required
