Administer and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Servers (Development, SIT, UAT, Production).Responsible for CRM releases, features & best practices, making recommendations to leadership as appropriate.Evaluate, recommend, and integrate additional technology tools into Sales Operations applications to meet business requirements and objectives.Lead training for CRM and provide ongoing training as needed to current and new users. Assist with the testing of new or existing features, and or updates and the effect of application changes to current or new systems. Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors, and IT teams.Has the ability to Apply adjustments on Active Directory Level for the OUs , Security groups and users.Monitor Server Logs, Performance and Servers availability.Manage system & servers upgrades and to know how to handle the cumulative updates, patches, and releases.Manage Production Deployments and new releases.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or related field.2-5 yearsof hands-on experience specifically withMicrosoft Dynamics CRMadministration and supportProven experience inproduction support environmentsand handling incidents, service requests, and system enhancements.Relevant Microsoft certifications are highly preferred.Administration and configuration of Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing modules).Strong knowledge of: Entities, forms, views, dashboards, Business rules, workflows, User management, security roles, and access control.
