Support Financial and non-Financial, (Core Banking, Enterprise, ATM & Cards, Payment, Digital & Corporate) Business Applications delivered by 3rd party/Vendors/Built In-HouseMonitor and Analyze Banking applications performance to enhance and support Business Process for specific Business Domain.Investigate any errors on Application that may be related to severs or databases by the needed view access as first layer who are accountable on the application readiness.Raise any HW or DB related issues to concerned teamEvaluate, Implement, administer, and tune Banking applicationsManage relationship with 3rd party Application Suppliers and meet established Service Level Agreements.Coordinate with IT Architecture, Demand Management, PM and QA teams during project planning and execution related to all Banking Applications.Implement changes related to the applications and engage other resources if needed.Implement data protection policies and compliance policies related to Banking applications and coordinate with IT Security.Analyze problems related to Supported banking applications and coordinate with designated vendors.Cooperate with application developers in web interfaces related to different applications.Coordinate with IT Teams during project execution related to all Banking Applications.Support development teams during implementation and transfer business knowledge.Analysis of new releases of 3rd party applications.RequirementsAt least 1–3 years of experience in an application support role, specifically with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Dynamics 365.Proven experience in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365, particularly the Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules.Familiarity with related technologies, such as Active Directory, Microsoft 365 Admin Center, and Azure.
