Manage and update with account managers to track customer interactions.Follow Up credit notes Sheet for all shipment problems that were worked on and their results.Develop ways to improve customer experience and satisfaction. Analyze customer feedback to solve issues and improve service. Work with operations, sales and marketing teams to enhance communication.Participate in developing operating plans with the operating department to increase the success of its KPIs and solve any existing problems.Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvement strategies Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services Maintain accurate customer records and interaction history. Analyze customer data and feedback to improve service quality Prepare reports on customer performance, retention, and satisfaction metrics Support onboarding and training of new customers when needed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Proven experience in customer relationship management, account management, or similar role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively Analytical skills with attention to detail
