As we scale, we are looking for driven, creative individuals who want to grow with us and make a real impact.As our CRM Manager, you will own and evolve the way Patient21 communicates with its customers and leads across the entire lifecycle. You will be responsible for building, managing and optimizing our CRM infrastructure — primarily in HubSpot — while developing content and automated workflows that drive engagement, retention and growth.This is a hands-on role with a high degree of ownership. You will set your own goals, measure your own success and work autonomously to make it happen.Our offer:A meaningful role with real impact in a growing HealthTech companyFully remote position based in Egypt, with occasional on-site visits to our offices (travel expenses covered)Flat hierarchies and short decision-making pathsFlexibility in how and where you workA collaborative, international teamThe tools and budget you need to do your best workRemote work opportunityYour mission:Own and manage our HubSpot CRM: pipelines, contact management, segmentation, sequences and reportingDesign and execute email marketing campaigns, onboarding flows and lifecycle communicationsCreate compelling content for automated workflows across all channels (e-mail, SMS, in-app messages) and nurture sequencesBuild and maintain automation workflows that reduce manual effort and improve customer experienceReport on performance with clear, data-driven insightsCross-functional collaboration with Sales, Customer Success and ProductContinuously test, iterate and optimize campaigns based on dataYour talent:2+ years of experience in a CRM, marketing automation or lifecycle marketing roleHands-on experience with common CRM tools (workflows, sequences, reporting, pipelines)Strong content creation skills — you can write clear, engaging copy that convertsConfident and skilled use (of established) AI toolsFluent in English (written and spoken)Highly self-directed: you don't wait to be told what to measure — you define it yourselfAnalytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable decisionsNice to have:Experience with HubSpotExperience with additional automation tools (eg Make, Zapier, n8n, ActiveCampaign, Salesforce)German language skills — a genuine plus given our marketBackground in SaaS, HealthTech or a B2B environmentExperience with A/B testing and conversion optimizationAbout UsWe are growing and excited to meet you to join us on our mission.
