Manage and maintain customer records within the CRM system.Track and follow up on customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.Conduct outbound customer calls, surveys, and questionnaires when required.Support website and mobile application users by resolving inquiries and issues.Analyze customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve customer experience.Prepare weekly and monthly reports on customer feedback, complaint trends, and service performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.Ensure accurate documentation of all customer interactions and follow-up activities. Bachelor's degree in any discipline.1–3 years of experience in CRM, Customer Service, Customer Experience, or a related field.Basic knowledge of CRM systems.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent problem-solving and follow-up abilities.Good command of English.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
