Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Cruise Manager role located in New Cairo. The Cruise Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring high-quality service and smooth coordination with team members and partners. Responsibilities include managing cruise schedules, optimizing customer experiences, addressing client inquiries, and fostering a collaborative environment. The role also involves liaising with internal and external stakeholders, supporting sales efforts, and upholding company standards in every aspect of operations. Qualifications Experience in operations management, team coordination, and logistics planningSkills in customer service, client relationship management, and problem-solvingExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plusStrong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detailFamiliarity with the travel and tourism industry, particularly cruise operations, is advantageousAbility to work effectively in an on-site team and collaborate with multiple stakeholdersProficiency in using relevant software tools for planning and communicationBachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred
