Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with our clients across software development and digital marketing services.The Account Manager will act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring successful project delivery, client satisfaction, and account growth.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain strong relationships with existing clientsServe as the primary point of contact for client communicationUnderstand client business goals and translate them into actionable plansCoordinate between clients, developers, designers, and marketing teamsMonitor project timelines, deliverables, and overall progressLead client meetings, follow-ups, and performance reviewsEnsure successful delivery of software and marketing projectsAnalyze campaign and project performance reports with clientsIdentify upselling and cross-selling opportunitiesHandle client feedback and resolve issues proactivelyMaintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention Required Skills & Qualifications2+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, or similar rolesPrevious experience in a Software Company, Marketing Agency, or SaaS environment is preferredStrong communication and relationship-building skillsGood understanding of digital marketing concepts and performance metricsBasic understanding of web development or software projectsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesAbility to manage multiple accounts simultaneouslyProblem-solving mindset with strong ownership attitudeExcellent verbal and written communication skillsGood English proficiencyMarketing KnowledgeSolid understanding of Digital Marketing fundamentalsFamiliarity with Paid Advertising concepts (Meta Ads & Google Ads)Understanding of Social Media campaign objectives and performance metricsAbility to interpret marketing reports and campaign resultsKnowledge of lead generation and conversion funnelsTools & Systems (Preferred)CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar)Project management tools (ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or Monday.com)Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)Communication tools (Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom)
