Main Responsibilities:* Main contact for customer while manageing and developing customer relationships.* Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on orders* Coordinate with internal departments (Production – Logistics – Finance - Quality) to ensure smooth order execution* Support business development activities and contribute to sales growth* Maintain continuous communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business opportunities* Monitor customer satisfaction & improve customer experience.* Prepare CRM reports. * Reports on customer feedback.
