📢 We’re Hiring | Customer Care Delegate Specialist Location: Downtown, Cairo, Egypt Limitless Care is looking for a Customer Care Specialist to join our team and ensuring our customers' needs are met with exceptional speed and accuracy. Role Overview: You will represent Limitless Care , ensuring our customers' needs are met with exceptional speed and accuracy. Your focus will be on providing high-quality transactional support, resolving immediate issues, and consistently delivering on our brand promise to every member of our community. Key Responsibilities: Inquiry Management: Handle daily customer interactions across multiple channels (Phone, Email, Chat) with a focus on First Contact Resolution. Problem Diagnosis: Analyze customer issues to identify root causes and provide tailored solutions. Data Entry: Update and maintain accurate customer records and interaction logs in the CRM. Standard Escalations: Recognize when an issue falls outside of standard policy and escalate it to the appropriate department. Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all company products, services, and promotions. Fresh graduates or at least 1 year of experience at TPA Exceptional communication skills with an empathetic "customer-first" mindset. Ability to work accurately under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and experience with CRM tools. A proactive approach to problem-solving
