Respond to calls received during the work shift and answer emergency cases. 2. Contact the department responsible to handle urgent matters. 3. Handle client requests effectively and in a timely manner. 4. Use our CRM to record requests, calls status…etc. 5. Handle client requests through Whatsapp system, calls and emails. 6. Handle Approvals with clients through the system and insurance companies 7.
