You’ll collaborate across teams, contribute to improving how data is exchanged, and help ensure we meet both operational and regulatory requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Customer Data Exchange Analyst, you’ll:Support the design, monitoring and improvement of customer data exchange processesHelp ensure data is transferred accurately and securely between systemsInvestigate and resolve data-related issues, working with both technical and non-technical teamsMonitor data flows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reliabilityAssist with data mapping, validation and transformation activitiesWork with stakeholders to understand data needs and ensure solutions meet business requirementsSupport compliance with data governance, privacy and security standardsDocument processes clearly to support consistency and continuous improvementWhat We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for someone who is curious, detail-focused and enjoys working with data.You’ll Ideally HaveExperience working with data exchange, data integration or data analysisAn understanding of how data moves between systems (for example, via APIs, files or databases)Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsThe ability to communicate clearly with a range of stakeholdersExperience identifying and fixing data issuesA basic understanding of data privacy and security principlesIt would also be helpful (but not essential) if you have:Experience working in a regulated environment such as healthcare or financial servicesFamiliarity with tools used for data analysis or integrationAn interest in improving processes and ways of workingWhy Bupa?Bupa Global is the international health insurance division of Bupa.
