In this role, you will oversee customer interactions and CRM system to ensure high levels of satisfaction and build strong relationships with clients. Daily responsibilities will include managing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, analyzing customer data to identify improvement opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
