Role Description We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to support our customers and enhance their experience at every touchpoint. As a full-time hybrid role based in Cairo, Egypt, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, managing feedback, and resolving complaints. Additional responsibilities include collecting customer insights to improve services, collaborating with internal teams to ensure satisfaction, and contributing to the development of customer support processes. This role requires a balance of in-office presence and the flexibility of remote work. Qualifications Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively.Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills for handling customer concerns proactively.Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and customer service best practices.Organizational and multitasking skills to manage inquiries, feedback, and operational tasks simultaneously.Ability to maintain a solutions-oriented mindset and adapt to evolving customer needs.Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is required.Experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality industries is a plus.
