Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.1 to 3 years of experience in customer support, preferably with SaaS or software-based products.Cold calling is requiredFamiliarity with CRM and ticketing systems (Odoo) is a plus.Strong understanding of SaaS products and customer success best practices.Ability to break down and solve complex problems analytically and logically.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong active listening and relationship building abilities.Customer centric mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Highly organized with strong time management skills.Self-directed and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.Passion for helping customers succeed and willingness to go the extra mile.
