Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.Provide accurate information about Safarni’s services, bookings, offers, and policies.Assist customers with reservations, changes, cancellations, and general support requests.Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.Record customer interactions and update information accurately in the system.Follow up with customers when needed to ensure their issues are resolved.Coordinate with internal teams to solve customer problems quickly.Meet performance targets related to call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction. Previous experience in customer service, call center, travel, tourism, or hospitality is preferred.Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.Ability to work under pressure and handle different customer situations professionally.Good computer skills and ability to use CRM or booking systems.Positive attitude, patience, and a customer-first mindset.Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, or holidays when required.
