Main tasks:1- Debit/Credit Notes processing:Issuing Credit and Debit Note requests to accounting relevant to ALL service & parts topics (e.g.: Dealers’ 8% Parts Margin for Warranty Plus claims, Audatex Cross-Charging, Service Packages Incentive, OTD’s, WMI, warranty claim audit and claim processing, Dealer Bonus Pay-out.. etc.)Issuing Debit notes for MB Warranty claims charge backMonitoring departmental expenses and preparing monthly reportsCommunicating findings to the relevant functions to promote accountability and transparency.2 - Contractual agreements, Purchase Requisition/Orders & Sales Order ProcessingSupplier selection/registration and contracts renewalsSupport in procurement process from documentation prospective / required signaturesSuppliers Annual PO’s and invoicing3- Logistic Center SupportPrepare manual sales / internal delivery sheets as required and accepted by systemCentral communication point for CS departmentsSupport LC team for paper support from HQ4 - ISO – Departmental Documentation Co-ordinationAssisting coworkers in preparing & updating departmental ProcessesCoordinating with Operational Excellence regarding the departmental processes.ISO Documents Consolidation and availability on SharePointLeading functional improvement and optimization process.coordinating strategic projects with broader implications for MB Egypt.5- Retail network staff accesses controlMonitoring Dealer’s staff accesses to Xentry Portal/After sales Plus according to dealer standards.Provide personnel with assigned privileges.Coordinate with management for approval of assigned privileges.Coordinating with the responsible department for implementing provided privileges.6- Reporting & Follow upMonthly Warranty Claims credit reporting to DealersSuppliers contract data base follow up and updatesPresidency payments follow up7- Road Side AssistanceRSA new retailed VINs biweekly submissionRSA quarterly invoicingQualifications:Training and qualification:Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Engineering or any equivalent fieldTechnical knowledgeFamiliar with MS Office applications (Excel-Word-PowerPoint)Business analysis knowledge (Experience in BI tools is recommended e.g. tableau ,power BI…etc.)Soft skills/individual competenceInterpersonal skills with the ability to work under pressureExcellent communication skillsNegotiation skillsReporting and process managementExperience:1-3 years of experience in related fieldsLanguage:Good command of English Language
