Manage end-to-end import documentation and release for shipments .Send arrival notices and provide timely status/ETA updates to customers .Verify release requirements (OBL/telex/sea waybill, approvals, holds) and issue D/O after payment confirmation.Handle NAFEZA submission and follow-up .Handle amendments, discrepancies, and customer requests; escalate issues and track closure.Prepare/validate invoices for local charges including storage/demurrage/detention, and support extension requests when approved.
