In this key role, you will exceed productivity goals and deliver against our customer promises. Our scale is expansive and our presence is growing. Our goal is simple: to offer the greatest selection of luxury products and services with the world's best customer experience.ResponsibilitiesThe CS Associate will be responsible and accountable (but not limited) to the following roles and responsibilities:-Managing all channels of Customer interaction, email, chat, phoneIdentifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfactionBuild sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communicationBuild sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile and becoming a Consultant; help Customers make a decision and generate revenue for the CompanyAim at converting general inquiries into a saleAspire to bring customer delight in each and every interactionProvide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/toolsHandle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolutionKeep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents where applicableFollow communication procedures, guidelines, and policiesMaintain positive and professional interaction with all the departments associated with the Customer Service departmentRequirements1-3 years of Customer Service Experience in a BPO/ Hospitality or Luxury Retail.Excellent English and Arabic communication.Should be comfortable with 6 days workweek, night shifts
