Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries across multiple channels.Provide accurate and timely information regarding services and client requests.Ensure consistent follow-up with clients on data submission and system usage.Coordinate effectively with internal teams to support client needs.Assist clients in navigating the application and resolving technical issues.Support tax filing processes and ensure proper client communication and approvals.Maintain and update client records with a high level of accuracy.Schedule periodic check-ins to enhance client satisfaction and retention.Gather client feedback and contribute to continuous service improvement.Prepare reports in line with business requirements.
