Role Description We are seeking a highly professional and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at PT of the City. This full-time, on-site position is based in Qesm El Maadi. The role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will also support patients by coordinating appointment scheduling, resolving concerns, and delivering an outstanding overall customer experience through courteous communication and problem-solving.
