Job Title: Customer Service Representative Location: New Cairo Employment Type: Full-time Shifts: Night & OvernightAbout the Role:We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Sales & Customer Service Representatives. This role combines proactive sales with exceptional customer support to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesSales:Identify and engage potential customers through calls, emails, and social media. Present and promote products/services to prospective clients. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.Customer Service:Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally. Provide product/service information and assist customers in making informed decisions. Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus. Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
