The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting pharmacies and patients, resolving issues, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.ResponsibilitiesAnswer inbound calls from pharmacies, patients, and drivers.Make outbound calls when necessary to provide updates and resolve issues.Assist customers with delivery inquiries, scheduling, and general support.Document all interactions accurately within company systems.Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution.Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.Follow company procedures and quality standards.RequirementsExcellent English communication skills (spoken and written).Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.Ability to remain professional under pressure.Basic computer skills and ability to multitask.Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred but not required.Strong attendance and punctuality.
