Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative for one of our partners, a global leader in Information Technology Services & Consulting!Job Summary:The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams, ensuring that jobs are properly initiated, planned, executed, and monitored. This role facilitates job readiness, production scheduling, and delivery follow-up, while also supporting operational planning, resource coordination, and reporting. Responsibilities:Job Opportunities:Receive Job One Pagers and Job Evaluation forms from Sales and TPSE to complete the PRODUCTION sectionFor Job planning, Service build, testing and subsequent handover to production, as part of the Order Initiation Phase, work with:SalesTPSESupport DepartmentsTo ensure the job starts production at the required timeInvoicingWork with Business Services to define reporting.Monitor reporting to ensure Job progress is on track and productivity levels are maintainedWork with the Production Manager and the supplied financial data to assist in the production of client invoicesCoordinate with Finance to ensure information is made available on time for reports and budgetsIdentify and plan resource requirements. Lead, schedule and plan all operations related to the implementation of the solutionsMaintain Client Relationships as per the specific Account Policy and using the agreed frequency for meetings and job updatesUsing the JIRA Work Management – BE Production – Operations help with the creation and closing of activity requestUsing JIRA service Desk create any necessary service tickets for the support departmentsWork with the ORKA and Infrastructure teams regarding the housekeeping of the production storageWork with Sales and Finance to assist on the preparation of budgetsHelp with the production of the Production slides for MBRsUsing the BE Production Team help to manage the JobCoordinating the good completion for each batch of the Job with the Logistics and Line ManagersHolding the client to account for their contractual obligations and escalating in case of client defaultEnsuring that procedures are followed and standards are respectedManage contract variations using change control proceduresTracking project actual budget vs. planned budget
