In this role, you will assist customers, resolve issues, and ensure every interaction ends on a positive and professional note.What you’ll be doing:Answering customer questions and providing timely supportResolving issues in a calm, professional, and friendly mannerCommunicating clearly and confidently over the phone and via emailMaking customers feel heard, valued, and supportedWorking closely with your team to deliver excellent serviceThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo for a Call Center Representative. The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include responding to customer calls and emails, providing effective solutions, and maintaining accurate records of interactions.We support a variety of accounts across different industries, including hospitality, airlines, educational platforms, telecommunications, and subscription-based entertainment channels. This variety offers exposure to different customer service environments and enhances your experience across multiple sectors.Building strong relationships with customers and contributing to a positive, professional team environment are key aspects of this role.QualificationsAbility to handle customer complaints professionally and provide empathetic supportEnglish level B2-C1.Flexibility with night and overnight shifts.Prior experience in a call center is advantageous but not mandatory.Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
