Job SummaryWe are hiring Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries and ensure a high standard of service delivery. The position requires strong communication skills, the ability to resolve issues efficiently, and a customer-focused attitude.Job ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound customer communication across various channels (phone, email, etc.).Provide accurate information related to products, orders, and services.Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction.Document all customer interactions accurately using internal systems.Coordinate with relevant departments to support customer needs.Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to provide accurate information. Bachelor’s degree required (graduates only).Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service, call center, or a related field.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Solid problem-solving abilities.Good command of English.High sense of ownership, responsiveness, and professionalism.
