This role requires strong multi-tasking abilities and close coordination with multiple internal departments to ensure every customer inquiry is resolved efficiently and professionally.Responsibilities:Handle customer inquiries across all current and future Starco Holding e-commerce websites via chat, email, and phoneRespond to and resolve customer inquiries in both Arabic and EnglishCoordinate with the Fulfillment department regarding new order inquiries, refunds, and exchangesCoordinate with the Accounting department to process and follow up on refunds and exchangesTrack order status, shipping updates, returns, and exchanges, ensuring timely communication with customersFollow up consistently with relevant departments until each inquiry is fully resolvedOversee that all customer inquiries are answered professionally and within service standardsMaintain organized documentation of customer interactions, cases, and follow-upsIdentify recurring issues across departments and report patterns to managementManage multiple ongoing inquiries simultaneously across different websites and departmentsRequirements:Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) — requiredPrevious experience in customer service, preferably within e-commerce, retail, or order fulfillmentStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities at onceProven ability to follow up effectively across different departments (accounting, fulfillment, logistics)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsFamiliarity with CRM and order management systemsHigh attention to detail and strong problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently while maintaining consistent, professional communication standardsMust be based in or able to commute to City Stars, Cairo, for on-site work
