The Customer Service Representative will respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing accurate information about VFFIT’s services, products, and membership options. Responsibilities include resolving customer issues, documenting interactions in the system, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves assisting with membership registrations, updates, and cancellations, as well as coordinating with internal teams to address service or billing questions. The Customer Service Representative will also gather customer feedback, support front-desk operations, and contribute to a positive, welcoming experience for all visitors and members.Qualifications Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience.Ability to contribute to overall Customer Satisfaction in a Customer Service Representative capacity.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a calm, professional approach in handling inquiries and complaints.Comfort with basic computer systems, CRM tools, and data entry.Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt, including occasional shifts, weekends, or evenings as needed.Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or wellness/fitness environments is preferred.High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in business, communications, or related fields is a plus.
