Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at our location in Qesm El Maadi. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound customer interactions, resolving inquiries, addressing complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will also provide accurate and timely information about products and services, maintain customer records, and collaborate with other teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
