We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to handle all customer interactions across our e-commerce platforms and website. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, responds quickly, and can resolve issues efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries on Amazon, Noon, Jumia, and the company website within 24 hours.Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the operations team to resolve order issues.Monitor and respond to customer reviews and ratings on all platforms.Communicate with customers via WhatsApp and email for website orders.Report recurring issues and feedback weekly to the Ecom Specialist. Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or retail.Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.Ability to handle multiple platforms simultaneously.Patient, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.Bachelor's degree is preferred.
